Sidley Austin

Laminated glass with custom D.C. road grid graphics, yellow wall cladding, and etched partitions by McGrory Glass for Sidley Austin. Designed by Gensler.

Overview

The Sidley Austin D.C. office features an interior design by Gensler and construction by Rand Construction and Kensington Glass focused on local identity and material quality. McGrory Glass fabricated the iconic laminated glass partitions in the lounge, which exhibit a custom-printed grid of Washington, D.C.’s roads. The interior glass package also includes yellow wall cladding and etched office partitions to manage visual privacy and daylighting. This project highlights the skilled fabrication and extensive production capabilities required to integrate high-performance architectural glass into a modern corporate environment. All solutions were fabricated in-house at our 250,000-square-foot manufacturing facilities.
