Founded in 1984 by John and Mary McGrory, McGrory Glass is still family owned and operated. With three facilities spanning +250,000 square feet, we are committed to the environment and sustainability.
Founded by John and Mary McGrory, the company opened in Chester, PA with under 10 employees, most of them family.
The growing company needed more space and made the move to a new location in Aston, PA.
With over 50 employees and new inhouse production capabilities, McGrory Glass brought its HQ to a combination warehouse and office facility in Paulsboro, NJ.
We completed the installation of 2,782 American-made solar panels on the roof of our 125,000-
square-foot plant, hitting net-zero energy-consumption operation.
We acquired a global leader in graphic & decorative film production, located in Willoughby, Ohio.
Our proprietary, patented wall mounting system, CaptiveHook®, is rated AMAA 501.6 compliant in seismic testing. The face of glass lobby cladding from the East to the West Coast is changed forever, with heretofore unknown possibilities for large format floor-to-ceiling glass now a reality.
With over 120 employees and growing, McGrory Glass is one of the leading architectural glass fabricators in the US – and is still family owned to this day.

Founded in 1984 by John and Mary McGrory, McGrory Glass is family owned and operated to this day. We’ve expanded to three facilities spanning over 150,000 square feet in the last three and a half decades, but we still function as a family unit. The McGrory team truly believes in working together for the greater good.
McGrory Glass is dedicated to helping bring your vision to life, using our experience and innovation. In the constantly changing world of architecture and design, we will work with you to navigate the challenges – and take advantage of the opportunities.
McGrory Glass is committed to the environment and sustainability. The 2.2 acre solar paneled roof of our main warehouse brought McGrory recognition as one of the first major glass fabrication companies to hit net zero energy consumption. But our commitment doesn’t stop there:
McGrory’s Green Committee, led by Senior Architectural Sales Representative and LEED Certified expert Mike Hunkin, is always looking for ways to maximize efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
We engineer our patented systems to allow for fabrication with post-consumer recycled materials. The McGrory Glass CaptiveHook® system is composed of almost 40% recycled materials.
Using local suppliers for the majority of our fabrication elements is a McGrory Core Business Practice.
Our warehouse participates in recycling programs for other manufacturing components (such as interlayers), and reuses wooden shipping pallets.
McGrory Glass is always ready to discuss project specific LEED details, and happy to facilitate your building’s certification in any way we can. It’s not just good customer service: it’s the right thing to do.
