We Are McGrory Glass

As one of the original members of McGrory Glass, President & CEO Chris McGrory has served the company since its inception in 1984. Chris’ responsibilities include strategic management of product development, collaboration with key architectural partners, and executive oversight of operations, innovation, production, and resources acquisition.

As part-owner of McGrory Glass, Gary helps drive the company’s strategic growth. He oversees operations across McGrory’s three facilities, with a focus on the Ohio print division. Gary’s responsibilities include strategic analysis of Sales and CRM data; management of staff hiring and training; and resource and technology development.

As part-owner of McGrory Glass, Mike McGrory helps drive the company’s vision and growth. He is Vice President of Sales for the Southeast US, keenly focused on client engagement and the development of sales representatives. Mike’s responsibilities include strategic management of global purchasing, collaboration with key architectural partners and facilitation of production center planning, equipment acquisition, operations and innovation.

As part-owner of McGrory Glass, Chuck has been with the company since the very beginning. He started out running warehouse operations, and has since transitioned to overseeing the performance products team, with a focus on Luxar® Anti-Reflective Glass. Dedicated to solving customer challenges, Chuck’s day-to-day includes frequent visits with East Coast glaziers throughout the Tri-State area.

Tim Matthews, President of McGrory Glass, is involved in all projects from start to finish. Specializing in emerging market trends, Tim oversees all hiring and drives strategic product development to keep McGrory at the forefront of Architectural & Design solutions.

A member of McGrory’s leadership team for almost a decade, Bill is a Drexel alumnus and a graduate of the Villanova MBA program. He has been a CPA for over 20 years and holds both a Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Villanova University. Born in Philadelphia, Bill currently resides in West Chester, PA.

A member of the McGrory family with over 30 years of experience in the glass industry, Jane has been with the team since the very beginning. A strong production and project management professional, she is highly skilled in negotiation, budgeting, value engineering, and production management.

With over 25 years of experience, Laura has spent the last 15 years directing comprehensive HR management for manufacturing leaders in the architectural, security, and glass industries. A people-focused professional, she is passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and understands that comprehensive benefits are vital to both individual well-being and organizational success. Laura thrives on new challenges and operates under the firm belief that an organization’s greatest asset is its people.

With over two decades of experience in fire-rated glass, glazing, and assembly systems, Ben Haigh leads McGrory’s Western US territory as Director of Performance Products. Providing superior service, continuing education, and specialized expertise, his relationship-driven approach offers a high level of end-to-end project support for architectural and design firms. Originally hailing from Washington state, Ben now resides in Montana where he enjoys hiking and skiing the beautiful mountain ranges.

Chad Snyder’s 20+ years of experience in the glass industry started in High School, where he packaged boxes for a local glass manufacturer after school hours. He continued to work as summer help throughout college, finishing with a senior year internship that turned into a full-time job upon graduation. Chad is active on the National Glass Association (NGA) Committee, as well as the ASM F33 Committee. While he is eager to consult on all glass and glazing questions, Chad is most passionate about security glazing design, and layouts in the Criminal Justice sector. He holds an MBA from Indiana University of PA, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Point Park university. A licensed ski instructor, Chad is an avid skier and golfer in his free time.

An innovative marketing professional with cross-industry experience, Helena has been driving results and providing data-based solutions for over 15 years. She focuses on understanding and meeting the changing needs of architectural/ design communities, providing personalized product suites, and supporting the sales team in the field.
