CaptiveHook® is a patented, proprietary, glass wall and ceiling mounting system available exclusively from McGrory Glass.
Designing lobbies & interiors with glass walls and ceilings can be challenging. The CaptiveHook® architectural mounting system is patented, proprietary and stamped by Eckersley O’Callaghan Engineers. Our single-source solution allows you to mount glass panels (85+ sq ft / 500+ lbs) – and it’s also available in AAMA 501.6 compliant (seismically rated.)

CaptiveHook® uses patented, exact registration to align glass panels with exceptional precision—within ±0.005″. Engineered and tested, the system ensures consistent spacing, clean sight lines, and seamless integration across large-scale installations.
Wall & Seismic Applications
Designed for wall-mounted installations, CaptiveHook® supports large-format glass large-format glass panels (85+ sq ft / 500+ lbs) with strength and reliability. The system is also available as seismically rated with optional AAMA 501.6 compliance, providing confidence in demanding environments where performance is critical.
