60-ft lobby at 3 WTC featuring 14,500 sq ft of laminated glass with SEFAR® mesh fabricated by McGrory Glass. Installed with McGrory’s patented CaptiveHook® wall mounting.

Overview

A monumental 14,500 sq ft installation at 3 World Trade Center, NYC, featuring specialized glass fabricated and supplied by McGrory Glass. Designed by Richard Rogers, the lobby uses 9/16-inch laminated units with SEFAR® silver mesh interlayers. The project utilizes the patented McGrory CaptiveHook® system, providing a field-tested, minimal-reveal glass-mounting solution. This proprietary, EOC-engineered system by McGrory Glass allows for easy installation and modular maintenance.
