A multilevel workplace modernization in Chicago’s Midtown, designed by LSM, focuses on maximizing transparency and natural light within 100,000-square-foot floor plates. McGrory Glass fabricated the interior glass package, including laminated officefronts, column cladding, and glass railings. The project utilized custom white gradient fades throughout the glass components to manage visual privacy while maintaining the “light and bright” environment requested by the client. This installation highlights the skilled fabrication and extensive production capabilities required to integrate high-performance architectural glass into a modern corporate environment. All solutions were fabricated in-house at our 250,000-square-foot facility, ensuring quality control and system integration for this specialized workplace.
