Overview
The University of Connecticut’s new basketball center utilizes laminated glass with large-scale graphics to reinforce athletic branding and celebrate team players. McGrory Glass fabricated the multi-story laminated glass wall cladding featuring custom brand graphics and university logos. The system is mounted with the patented CaptiveHook® system for a minimal reveal, ensuring visual continuity across the expansive vertical surface, where mutliple panels make up a single giant image. This project highlights the skilled fabrication and extensive production capabilities required to integrate high-performance architectural glass into a modern university environment. All solutions were fabricated in-house at our 250,000-square-foot manufacturing facilities.
