South Street Landing

McGrory Glass bright yellow glass wall cladding for the South Street Landing health education facility. Designed by DLR Group | Tsoi Kobus Design.

Overview

South Street Landing repositions the historic Narragansett Power Station as a premier health education facility for Brown University, Rhode Island College, and URI. McGrory Glass fabricated the bright yellow glass wall cladding located in the lobby, supporting a design concept by DLR Group | Tsoi Kobus Design that connects the building’s industrial past with its future in health sciences. The installation provides a durable, high-performance surface that maintains color consistency across the institutional space. This project highlights the skilled fabrication and extensive production capabilities required to integrate high-performance architectural glass into a modern education environment. All solutions were fabricated in-house at our 250,000-square-foot manufacturing facilities.
