Overview

The Itasca County Jail and Courts facility in Grand Rapids, MN, utilizes a technical design by Klein McCarthy Architects. McGrory Glass provided AttackDefend® security glazing for inside the perimeter applications, ensuring high visibility for staff and surveillance systems within the secure interior zones. This specialized forced-entry glazing system provides a proactive defense against physical impact, maintaining the structural integrity of interior partitions and control centers. This project highlights the skilled fabrication and extensive production capabilities required to integrate life-safety security products into a therapeutic atmosphere. All solutions were fabricated in-house at our 250,000-square-foot facility.
