Forster fuego® light: Expansive glass and slim steel profiles for up to 120 minutes of limitless, fire-resistive safety.

The Forster fuego® light system provides high-performance fire-resistive protection for North American commercial and institutional architecture, carrying Intertek listings for 60- to 120-minute durations. As a UL 263 and ASTM E119 listed wall assembly, the system is not subject to standard opening-protective size restrictions, allowing for expansive, safe glazed surfaces. This slim-steel framing utilizes ultra-clear AGC Pyrobel® glazing to maintain optimal clarity within narrow sight lines while meeting rigorous hose-stream and positive-pressure safety standards. Architects can achieve a high-end aesthetic through concealed hardware options—including hinges and closers—and the AGC Pyrobel Vision Line butt-glazed system that features an ultra-slim 4 mm joint. Each system is supplied as a fully fabricated K/D assembly with factory-installed hardware packages, ensuring precise integration and reliable multi-hazard protection in demanding environments.
