Project Manager | Fire-Rated Glazing Systems

About the Role:

McGrory Glass is seeking a Project Manager to oversee fire-rated and security glazing projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with customers, internal teams, and field personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, and field teams
• Track schedules, budgets, and project progress
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with fire-rated and security system requirements
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain project data in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience (construction or related industry)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD required
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Knowledge of Door Hardware systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience: Fire-rated glazing, curtain wall, door hardware, or storefront systems
