We are McGrory Glass. We are a family owned and operated architectural glass manufacturing facility in Paulsboro, NJ committed to the environment, sustainability, our customers and our employees. We’re looking for a Door Assembly and Repair Technician to join our team to assemble various mechanical components into or surrounding the completed stages of our custom, fragile decorative glass products.

The right candidate has 3+ years’ experience and familiarity with:

• Assembling, installing, servicing, or repairing steel doors, swing mechanisms, and automatic door mechanisms and hardware, including door mechanics and electrical connections.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Customer and personal service and meeting quality standards for services and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the assembly or repair of doors, locks, openers, hardware, or other components.
• This position is 80-90% in factory, with some field travel for instruction and troubleshooting with third-party installers (North America).
