Our proprietary bird safety glass solution, BirdProtect™ Clear, recently approved by the American Bird Conservatory (ABC) as a preferred bird-friendly material. 

BirdProtect™ Clear is visible to birds: in the video above, a UV light shows the encapsulated pattern.  BirdProtect™ Clear has a Material Threat (MT) Score of 19. 

Designing lobbies & interiors with glass walls and ceilings can be challenging. Our patented CaptiveHook® solution was developed in collaboration with glaziers and stamped by Eckersley O’Callaghan Engineers. Our single-source system for wall mounting allows you to mount glass panels of any dimensions – up to and beyond +85sf/ +500lbs – and it’s AAMA 501/6 compliant (seismically rated).

After a 2018 visit to the Fresno testing site (see above), CaptiveHook® became the only glass wall-mounting system to earn the distinction of being rated AAMA 501.6 compliant.
