As one of the original members of McGrory Glass, President & CEO Chris McGrory has served the company since its inception in 1984. Chris’ responsibilities include strategic management of product development, collaboration with key architectural partners, and executive oversight of operations, innovation, production, and resources acquisition.
As part-owner of McGrory Glass, Gary helps drive the company’s strategic growth. He oversees operations across McGrory’s three facilities, with a focus on the Ohio print division. Gary’s responsibilities include strategic analysis of Sales and CRM data; management of staff hiring and training; and resource and technology development.
As part-owner of McGrory Glass, Chuck has been with the company since the very beginning. He started out running warehouse operations, and has since transitioned to overseeing the performance products team, with a focus on Luxar® Anti-Reflective Glass. Dedicated to solving customer challenges, Chuck’s day-to-day includes frequent visits with East Coast glaziers throughout the Tri-State area.
As part-owner of McGrory Glass, Mike McGrory helps drive the company’s vision and growth. He is Vice President of Sales for the Southeast US, keenly focused on client engagement and the development of sales representatives. Mike’s responsibilities include strategic management of global purchasing, collaboration with key architectural partners and facilitation of production center planning, equipment acquisition, operations and innovation.
A member of McGrory’s leadership team for almost a decade, Bill is a Drexel alumnus and a graduate of the Villanova MBA program. He has been a CPA for over 20 years and holds both a Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Villanova University. Born in Philadelphia, Bill currently resides in West Chester, PA.
Jim has been in the glass industry since 1991 working with laminating/ tempering systems, cutting/ fabrication equipment, and software/ finishing technology. A frequent speaker at international glass conferences, he holds two granted patents (with three pending) for glass related mounting hardware and ancillary systems. In his role as VP, Jim transitions new process technology into our proprietary production facility.
Tim directly manages all hiring, training, and development of the McGrory Sales Team across North America. He is actively engaged in all projects, from conception to completion. A specialist in emerging market trends, Tim drives strategic product development to ensure McGrory stays on the cutting edge of Architectural & Design solutions.
With over two decades of experience in fire-rated glass, glazing, and assembly systems, Ben Haigh leads McGrory’s Western US territory as Director of Performance Products. Providing superior service, continuing education, and specialized expertise, his relationship-driven approach offers a high level of end-to-end project support for architectural and design firms. Originally hailing from Washington state, Ben now resides in Montana where he enjoys hiking and skiing the beautiful mountain ranges.
A native of New Jersey, Joe has been a member of the McGrory team for over 6 years. A master of organization, he specializes in solving (and preventing) complex production challenges. Joe is a 2010 graduate of Wilmington University, and is currently working on his BA in Construction Management from Rowan University.
With over two decades of experience in glass fabrication, Bobby manages the Performance Products & Solutions portfolio. A long-standing member of the National Glass Association, he has been the Vice Chair of the Fabricating Committee for 3 years running. Bobby is also the Chairman for guidelines on decorative glazing products in interior and exterior applications. Residing in the Greater Pittsburgh area, Bobby travels across multiple states to provide client consultations, in-person customer service, and AIA-accredited Lunch & Learns on topics such as Fire-Rated Glazing and Health, Safety & Wellness Architectural Solutions. An alumnus of DeVry Institute of Technology, Bobby enjoys golf, kayaking, and dirt track racing in the company of his family and friends.
An experienced production administrator, Emily has been with the McGrory team for almost 5 years. She coordinates human resources engagement for over 60 production employees, and is the implementer/ administrator of a proprietary training program. Emily also leads the manufacturing and fabrication facility’s Safety Program.
Covering the Washington, DC and Texas areas, Brian is a seasoned account executive supporting the architectural and design community. He is a native of Johnstown, PA, and has lived in Maryland for almost 30 years. A graduate of St. Francis University focused in administration and management, Brian is dedicated to providing solutions for design professionals.
With over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, installation, and architectural glass entrance design, Ron leads the McGrory Door & Entrance Systems team. Specification driven, he specializes in providing end-to-end personal service and technical support. In addition to his previous decade at Ridgeview Glass, has worked for Oldcastle Building envelope & PPG Industries, Inc. as Project Director and Entrance Systems Manager.
With over five years of project management experience spanning both CNC shop and construction projects, Eric Johnson is a key member of the McGrory Door & Entrance Systems team. He supports both public and private sector client development goals, and his responsibilities include: estimating, project management, and research and development. Eric has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
As a key player in McGrory’s Sample Room, Brooke’s focus is the production, preparation, and shipment of your samples. She loves helping architects and designers visualize their designs in glass and then creating just the right samples to make those dreams a reality. A graduate of Penn State University, Brooke currently resides in Philadelphia, PA.
With over 30 years of experience in laminating sciences, Dan has worked with countless clients on laminating materials selection in addition to solving unique challenges. He has a wealth of knowledge that includes best practices in manufacturing and understanding interlayer and insertion properties that are best for a particular application. Dan is a well-known member of the glass industry and a valued member of the McGrory team.
Covering the Los Angeles, Vegas, Ocean County, Ohio, Indianapolis and New York territories, Bridget specializes in helping designers & architects achieve their intent through glass. She grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs, where she still resides. Bridget is passionate about building relationships and making sure all of her client’s needs are taken care of.
A member of the McGrory team for 7 years, Kevin is passionate about solving problems and keeping his accounts happy. In his role as Senior PM, Kevin specializes in large architectural projects, with a focus on lamination technology and Luxar® anti-reflective glass. Born and raised in Pennsville, NJ, where he still resides, Kevin is a graduate of Stockton University with a degree in Mathematics.
Gabby believes that teamwork makes the dream work, and that is what McGrory Glass is about. As the manager of McGrory’s Sample Room, she is dedicated to delivering your sample needs. From problem solving to creating new product lines, Gabby strives to make the sampling process as effective and efficient as possible.
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Pat is an experienced Sales/Project Manager specializing in McGrory’s CaptiveHook® glass mounting system. He is a graduate of Millersville University, and holds a degree in Applied Engineering with a focus in Construction Management, and a minor in Occupational Safety. Pat worked for a façade glazing contractor for several years, and enjoys developing new projects and CaptiveHook® designs.
An innovative marketing professional with cross-industry experience, Helena has been driving results and providing data-based solutions for over 15 years. She focuses on understanding and meeting the changing needs of architectural/ design communities, providing personalized product suites, and supporting the sales team in the field.
Brie has a passionate enthusiasm for building relationships and facilitating the creation of beautiful spaces in design. She works closely with architectural/ design professionals to help bring their creative visions to life in glass. A native to her Philadelphia territory, Brianna also covers the Pacific Northwest, Kansas City, and St. Louis areas. She has been a dedicated member of the McGrory team for over 11 years.
A native of New Jersey, Kelsey has been with the McGrory team for 5 years. In addition to her role as Senior Project Manager, she also works closely with the McGrory Logistics Department. A graduate of William Paterson University, Kelsey holds a BA in Sociology. She enjoys seeing a project come to life from start to finish.
With over 6 years of experience in project management and sales, Daniela's territory covers Chicago, New York City, and the San Francisco Bay Area. She enjoys problem-solving and helping architects' and designers' vision transform into reality, from conception to final install. A member of the McGrory team from the moment she graduated, Daniela is an alumna of St. Joseph’s University with a double-major in Marketing and Spanish.
With over 10 years of experience in the architectural and design industry, Pete’s sales territory covers Baltimore, Washington DC, North Carolina and Northern Virginia. His day-to-day is focused around onsite interactions with architects, designers, general contractors, and installers. A 2008 graduate of Moravian College, Pete’s home base is now in Maryland.
With nearly 40 years’ experience in the specialty glass market, Jerry leads the Radiation Shielding/ X-Ray Glass team. He specializes in end-to-end project consulting with a focus on installation and trouble-shooting complicated code requirements. A member of the McGrory team for 30 years, Jerry is involved in healthcare design projects nationwide.
A member of the McGrory team for over 4 years, Jessica likes to solve problems, come up with new solutions, and build lasting relationships. Jessica holds a Fine Arts BA from Arcadia University, and loves working in an industry that lets her see the newest design ideas + all the different effects glass can achieve. She has traveled extensively (including 3 years in Japan) before coming back home to her native NJ.
A part of the McGrory team for over 10 years, Larry manages the New England and Colorado markets. An experienced consultant, he works closely with architects and designers during project development, assisting in product selection, problem solving, and providing technical details. Larry also engages with the contractors during bidding and installation, providing quotes, order updates, and key information.
With over 35 years of industry experience, Blake specializes in fire-rated assembly system and performance product sales. With in-depth knowledge of products and codes, he can help you make sure the right glazing is used in the proper application. Blake also has extensive technical expertise in specialty glass products for canopy, curtainwall, structural, decorative, wall cladding, and railing applications.
Richard co-leads the Fire-Rated Division at McGrory Glass. With over a decade of experience in B2B and B2C sales, he prioritizes communication and is keenly focused on understanding and meeting client needs. A former Sergeant in the Army National Guard, Richard believes that everything you do is a direct reflection of yourself and those you represent.
