ACM PANELS

McGrory offer Laminators, Inc. Aluminum Composite (ACM) Panels. We can deliver several different options of ACM panels and installation systems to meet the unique requirements of your project. With a wide variety of standard colors and two finishes to choose from, the design options are endless. Our standard colors are coil-coated for a consistent, long-lasting finish. We also offer custom colors to match your exact specifications.

Thermolite panels are easy to handle and install and provide water-insensitive, virtually maintenance-free service for up to 20 years.

Omega-Foam Ply
Omega-Foam Ply

Omega Foam-Ply panels are suitable for exterior wall cladding systems for most building types. Omega Foam-Ply panels feature an insulating polystyrene core and have an overall panel thickness of 5/8″ to 3½” (16 to 89mm), 1″ thick (25mm) is typical.

Omega Foam-Ply fits standard insulating glass curtain wall and storefront extrusions.

CLARESSENCE

McGrory Glass understands the stress monitor glass needs to withstand, and the stress glare and blue light can put on viewers’ eyes. That’s why we offer Claressence. ELECTRAVIEW

Electraview goes from transparent to opaque in the flip of a switch. When a room’s function includes the need to move from full privacy to full transparency, Electraview is the perfect solution; it provides instantaneous transition from a transparent panel to an opaque, milk white, laminated panel (and back) using electrical current and an embedded layer of liquid crystal particles. FIRE RATED

As the largest distributor and fabricator of TGP FireLite products in the country, McGrory stocks most FireLite products for immediate shipment. FireLite Products have earned the position as the clear product of choice in fire-rated doors and windows. McGrory offers all FireLite Products in Standard or Premium Grade options, and will cut to size directly from our East Coast facility. Click here to view Fire-Rated.

FireLite is a 3/16″ (5 mm) thick fire-rated glazing material. It is listed for use in non-impact /non-safety-rated locations such as transoms and borrowed lites with fire-rating requirements ranging from 20 to 90 minutes.

  • Fire-rated up to 90 minutes w/ hose stream test
  • Clear, wireless glass ceramic
  • Withstands thermal shock
  • Passes positive pressure test standards UL 10C, UBC 7-2 and UBC 7-4
  • May be lightly sandblasted or etched on one side without affecting fire rating
  • It is listed for use in non-safety fire-rated applications.

FireLite* NT is a 3/16” (5 mm) fire-rated, safety-rated glass ceramic with a surface-applied film. FireLite NT meets both Category I and II impact safety requirements and is listed for use in doors, sidelights, transoms and borrowed lites with fire rating requirements ranging from 20 minutes to 3 hours.

  • Fire-rated up to 90 minutes (3-hours in doors) w/ hose stream test
  • Clear, wireless glass ceramic
  • Withstands thermal shock
  • Passes positive pressure test standards UL 10C, UBC 7-2 and UBC 7-4
  • May be lightly sandblasted or etched on one side without affecting fire rating
  • Impact safety-rated — meets ANSI Z97.1 and CPSC 16 CFR1201 (Cat. I and II)
